Guadalajara is a very big city, and we know you’re already making a huge effort to be with us, so we want to make things as easy as possible. For anyone who’d like to use it, we’ll provide transportation from the base hotel to the hacienda and back.

Pick up spot

On the 24th of October at 1:40pm, two buses will be waiting for you at this parking lot. If you’re joining us for the Tequila trip, this is the same spot where we’ll meet before heading out.

Google Maps Location

The parking lot is less than a 100m walk from the base hotel, right next to McDonald’s (Google Maps Location). The drive to Hacienda La Magdalena will take around an hour.

The buses will leave no later than 2:00pm, but if everyone is ready, we’ll leave earlier. Please be on time, the bus won’t wait for anyone.

In case you decide to go by youself to Hacienda La Magdalena, make sure you’re going to the right one! There is another Hacienda la Magdalena in Tepatitlan de Morelos, you want to go to the one in Guadalajara (Google Maps Location)

Wedding

We expect the buses to arrive between 2:45pm and 3:15pm, with the ceremony starting around 10 to 20 minutes later.

The wedding will last around 8 hours, from the ceremony through the party. We’ll have plenty going on throughout the day and night, and we promise there will be plenty to keep both you and your kids entertained.

At 11:00pm, the same buses will take everyone back to the city and drop you off outside the base hotel. We’re still confirming whether the buses can make individual stops, but they will follow the same route from the venue to the hotel.

If you’d like to leave the venue earlier, you’ll need to arrange your own transportation. Uber may be available from the hacienda, or you can ask the hotel to call a cab for you. Keep in mind that you’ll likely need to pay in cash, and the ride may be relatively expensive in Mexican pesos.
